Stand outs were Doubtful Sound, Kiwi Journey e-bike, Wanaka (Total), Golf, Steamboat dinner and Shotover at Queenstown and everything at Mount Cook National Park. The remaining locations and activities were only brilliant by comparison, and it’s almost unfair not to name them also. In fact It is unfair! Accommodation tops were the Edgewater in Wanaka and the Hermitage Mt Cook, although most were amazing also. This was a truly special experience and a logistical joy. Delivered what we had requested, and more. We felt privileged to be amongst the premier venues and accommodations, and we experienced the best of the options. Well done to Kayla and the team for putting such a masterpiece together. Timings allocated between locations were always spot on, and we covered 3800km of brilliant sightseeing on the way. These guys are the professionals, and we are missing them already!

Everything ran like clockwork. Our only comment was to do with the Fable hotel in Christchurch. It’s in a great location, central to everything, but they made a few mistakes that could easily be fixed. The breakfast they serve was cold and they put us in a queen room on our second stay over instead of a superior King that was booked. We highly recommend Fine Tours if your thinking of visiting New Zealand.

Everything was clearly set out and the whole experience went without a hitch. The accommodation was first class. It's definitely a 10/10 from us.

Flying over snow topped mountains, cruising Milford Sound, Te Pa Tu cultural experience and Hobbiton were highlights. People were friendly and the food amazing! Our itinerary was carefully curated by Louise Hodge, who listened to our requests, made suggestions of things not to miss and supported us when wild weather required changes to our trip. The Fine Tours team was excellent, always available and helpful. We found the Fine Tours App to be very useful! Thanks to the whole team, we had a fantastic holiday!
