We enjoyed the Doubtful Sound trip the most. It was a privilege to experience one of New Zealand's pristine Fiords. The tour director Gabe, was incredibly informative and a delightful person to be around.
The nicest bed was the first two nights at Quest Cathedral Junction. Having a good-sized apartment with all the amenities was the perfect way to start the journey.
We lost one day on our North Island trip, which we booked ourselves, because we were unaware of the NZeTA required to enter the country. It would be helpful to include this requirement in your advice to clients.
Ulva Island was probably the most interesting place we visited, although Mt Cook and the Tasman Glacier was great experience. We were also fascinated at the stepped of the mountains, type of flora and rainforest environments, generally, on the islands. The food experience was topped by Mt Cook and the wines throughout our trip were of great quality. In simple terms it was areally great place to visit and the people we met were all very hospitable and friendly.
The whole trip was well planned. easy with the app. Scenic Hotel in Punkaiki was the top place, but all the places were really good. We cannot say thank you enough. This trip was really well planned.
The part of the trip I enjoyed the most was Milford Sound, and the best hotel was Distinction Dunedin.
Thank you for a tour well arranged by Alfred Lusby
Hobbiton was a real highlight and magical for all of us.
Thanks Kayla for a fantastic second trip to NZ. We had a wonderful time and made many forever memories.
So many lovely experiences, we loved motoring about and going to places we had never seen before.
Favourite hotel was Distinction Dunedin, very luxurious, and we had our own washer and dryer…very timely 😉
We also loved the Transport and Toy museum at Wanaka.
Thankyou so much, Janette and Abbie for all your support before and during our holiday…very impressed by Fine Tours
The fact that nothing went wrong was amazing. It all went very smoothly, everything. There were so many activities booked that I was sure something would go wrong, but it didn't. All accommodation was very good. It was a very good holiday.
I am already recommending you to work colleagues who have asked about the holiday. It's great to tell them how wonderful everything was thanks to you.
The holiday to New Zealand was meticulously planned, with well-structured scheduling that allowed for smooth transitions between activities. The itinerary offered a diverse range of experiences catering to both younger and older participants. Importantly, appropriate provisions and supports were in place to ensure my sister, who has a disability, was fully accommodated, resulting in an inclusive and positive experience for all involved.
Amazing time for all of the trip. A few of the highlights were Milford Sound, Hokitika Gorge, Christchurch, Wellington for New Year's, the Treaty Grounds, Te Pa Tu Maori performance, and just travelling through the amazing countryside.
Everything we asked for was planned, timeframes for driving were accurate. So much easier with everything paid for prior to arriving. It was an amazing holiday, too much to see so will have to go back!
The Alice in Wonderland experience at Hana Lodge was amazing. The staff were so kind. The Clements Hotel in Cambridge was awesome. The favourite part of my trip was hiking in Tongariro National Park and standing on top of Mt Ruapehu. Enjoyed the train up in Coromandel and the Glow Worms too.
The experience was pretty amazing. Lots of awesome memories. Thank you!
