How Do I Make a Payment on My Trip?

Making a payment for your New Zealand tour is straightforward. We accept Visa and MasterCard payments through our secure online payment system, administered by Bank of New Zealand and Windcave. Once your payment has been processed, you'll receive a receipt by email and one of our travel consultants will contact you to confirm your booking.

Once you're ready to book your New Zealand holiday, you'll be guided through a secure online payment process as part of your booking.

The payment system has been designed to make confirming your trip simple while ensuring your personal and financial information remains protected.

How do I make a payment?

When completing your booking:

What happens after I make payment?

Once your payment has been successfully processed:

  • A payment reference number will be displayed on screen.
  • A receipt will be emailed to you.
  • Our team will automatically receive notification of your payment.
  • A travel consultant will contact you to confirm your booking.

In most cases, a consultant will be in touch within 48 hours of payment.

Can I make changes after paying?

Yes.

Once your booking has been confirmed and you're in contact with your travel consultant, changes can often be made to your itinerary.

Depending on the changes requested, pricing and availability may be affected.
